Rule Sheet
ALL DEALERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING ALL MARKET WORLD RULES. DEALERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL COSTS AND/OR ATTORNEY FEES RESULTING FROM ANY GRIEVANCE OR LEGAL LIABILITY. MARKET WORLD COMPLIES WITH ALL COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS AND WILL COOPERATE IN ENFORCEMENT.

1. Each vendor must have a Florida State Sales Tax Number and a picture I.D., before they will be allowed to rent a space.
2. ALL RENTS ARE DUE IN ADVANCE. An early payment discount is available for those paying their monthly rent early for the preceding month. Payment received between the 1st and 15th is subject to a 10% discount. Payment between the 16th and the 25th is subject to a 4% discount. No discount will given after the 25th. Late charges of $5.00 per day per stall will be charged after the 1st. Stalls are subject to re-rent after the 1st if not paid for. SORRY NO REFUNDS.
3. Dealers interested in exchanging or transferring of booths must submit request in writing. NO TRANSFER WILL TAKE PLACE WITHOUT APPROVAL WITH AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES. There will be a $20.00 minimum service charge per booth, before you will be allowed to transfer.
4. Booth receipts must be kept at your booth during business hours.
5. Dealers must be in their stalls and prepared for business by 8:30 a.m. or notify rental office they will be late. Booth(s) will be re-rented after 9:00 a.m. which are not set-up and prepared for business.
6. Unauthorized booth use is $20.00 per day plus normal booth rental.
7. DEALERS MAY NOT SUBLET, LOAN OR SELL THEIR BOOTH. VIOLATORS WILL LOSE THEIR SPACES AND FORFEIT ANY RENT PAID.
8. Rent is accepted on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for renters wishing to rent for the following weekend. Stalls not paid up by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday will be available for rent on a first come first serve basis beginning the following Wedesnday.
9. CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FOR MONTHLY RENTALS AND ONLY WITH PROPER IDENTIFICATION. THERE IS A SERVICE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS:
   • $25.00 FOR $0-$50.00
   • $30.00 FOR $51.00-$300.00
   • $40.00 FOR $301.00 & up or 5% which is greater.
   The first time a check is returned, the dealer will be charged accordingly and checks will not be accepted again.
10. Dealers are responsible for their property and merchandise. Market World will not be liable for theft, damages, (fire, or personal injury). Market World is not responsible for any damages cause by the weather (rain/wind/etc.). Sheds are available to store merchandise. Vendors merchandise must be displayed in a safe manner, dealers are responsible for any & all liability resulting from their sales & displays of merchandise.
11. All merchandise & signs must be kept behind the yellow lines. Signs require permission from management and unauthorized and unsafe signs will be removed without warning. Maximum display height is 60".
12. Sale of food or food samples is prohibited without written permission from management. See management for further details.
13. NOTHING IS TO BE ATTACHED TO THE TABLES, POST, OR BUILDING WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION FROM MANAGEMENT. UNAUTHORIZED OBJECTS OR STRUCTURES WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT WARNING. NO EXTENSION CORDS ARE ALLOWED!!! YOU MAY USE SURGE PROTECTORS NO LONGER THAN 6 FEET. ANY EXTENSION CORDS FOUND IN STALLS WILL BE TAKEN DOWN WITHOUT PERMISSION. SEE MANAGEMENT FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
14. Vehicles, trailer, storage shed, etc. cannot be left on the premises with out WRITTEN PERMISSION from the management. A storage fee of $1.00 per day, $15.00 per month, per booth will be charged. Items over fifteen (15) feet will be charged $1.00 per foot.
15. No amplifiers, bullhorn, loudspeakers, etc. are allowed. Radios, TV's, and stereos must be kept on a low volume. Loud or obnoxious people will not be tolerated.
16. Pets are prohibited in the market for health and safety reasons. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PETS AT HOME.
17. Light electric use is provided to dealers under cover. This electricity is primarily for testing of merchandise sold. Continuous electric uses or use of electricity greater than 2 amps (200 watts) must be arranged by the office prior to plugging in. There will be an additional charge for this. No lights over 100 watts may be used. Coffee pots, fry pans, hot plates, electric heaters, etc. are prohibited.
18. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH DEALER TO KEEP THEIR BOOTH AREA CLEANED. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN CLEAN-UP AT THE DEALERS EXPENSE. Trash containers are for customer use only. Dealers are to take home trash daily or obtain Market World's trash pick-up service ($5.00) per weekend.
19. Dealer's children must remain with their parents at all times. Misbehaving children will be returned to their parents and warned that repeated trouble will be grounds for being expelled from this market. Dealers are responsible for all damages cause by their children.
20. COUNTERFEIT AND LOOK-A-LIKE PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED and each dealer assumed full legal liability for any legal action that may result by carrying such items.
21. Dealers are expected to act in a professional manner. Misrepresentation or fraud WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Repeated customer complaints of improper business conduct will be grounds for being expelled from this market. PROFANITY OR RUDENESS TO CUSTOMERS, OTHER DEALERS OR MARKET WORLD'S PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
22. Management reserves the rights to expel, relocate, or refuse rental to any dealer when deemed in the best interest of the market. Decision of management is final.
23. All items left behind will be disposed of after (30) days; storage and clean-up fees will be assessed.
24. Dealers having delinquent account balances will not be entitled to any discounts.
25. All unpaid account balances will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
